A quick note about plug-in solar panels

You may have seen recent news that plug-in solar systems are now available in the UK. 

Thinking about installing one of these products? Please speak to us first. We will check whether it's suitable for your home before you go ahead.

This is because we need to make sure the system, its electrical connection and where it will be installed meet current safety standards. We also need to check that it won't affect the building, fire safety, insurance arrangements, shared areas or other people living nearby.
