Aster Group launch new homes The Hops, Dorchester

Local housing association Aster Group is ready to hand over the keys to a development of stylish modern new homes at The Hops, located in the vibrant Brewery Square, Dorchester. Offering a mix of one-bedroom apartments and spacious three and four-bedroom houses, The Hops has been built to provide much needed affordable housing in the Dorset town.

The collection of 56 homes comprises of ten affordable rent and 46 for shared ownership which provides an opportunity for people to get onto – or back onto – the housing ladder. The scheme allows buyers to purchase a share of a property while paying rent on the remainder, making home buying more accessible and affordable.
