If you're a customer who pays service charges to us, you should now have received your end-of-year service charge statement. We know these statements can sometimes be confusing, and we want to make sure you feel confident about what you’re looking at.

Service charges cover the shared costs of looking after your building and community spaces – things like cleaning, gardening, lighting, and maintenance. Sometimes these charges may change from year to year, depending on actual costs, which is why it’s important to check your statement carefully.
