We’re a Disability Confident Leader

We’re pleased to announce that we are now a Disability Confident Leader.

This means that out of 19,274 organisations signed up to the Disability Confident (DC) scheme, we’re now part of the exclusive 398 organisations who have achieved leader status. Disability Confident is a government scheme designed to encourage employers to recruit disabled people and those with health conditions.  

As a Disability Confident organisation, we’re playing a leading role in changing attitudes for the better and sharing the benefits of a more inclusive community and society.

The scheme helps employers recruit and retain great people, and we’re proud to be recognised for our commitment to equality and inclusion in the workplace.
