Surveying your home

We’ve appointed Savills to survey our customers’ homes this year, including yours, to help us better plan for future investment, understand where improvements need to be made and ensure that your home is safe and well maintained.

With your help we hope to complete all the surveys by the end of August.

In the next few weeks, a surveyor will call at your home to undertake the survey. They will be working Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm. They will need to see every room and space within your home, which will take up to 30 minutes.

If you aren’t at home when they visit, they will leave a calling card. This will ask you to contact the surveyor directly and agree a convenient time for them to return.

Please be assured that the surveyor will work in a COVID-19 safe way and will explain this and make checks before entering your home. The surveyor will be wearing either a Savills or Aster identification badge and will carry a letter of authority from Wayne Nippard, Strategic asset management director at Aster Group.
