We want everyone to be able to read and understand the information we send, and for some customers, that means receiving letters in a slightly different format.
Many people with dyslexia or visual sensitivities find coloured paper, especially yellow, much easier to read. It reduces glare, softens contrast and helps make text clearer. That’s why we’re happy to send letters or rent statements on yellow paper for anyone who finds it helpful.
