Scheduled maintenance – Customer portal unavailable
We’d like to let you know that the MyAster customer portal will be temporarily unavailable on 25 April while we carry out planned server maintenance.
This essential work helps us improve the performance, security, and reliability of our services, ensuring a better experience for you going forward.
What you need to know
The customer portal will not be accessible during the maintenance period which will be approximately 8.30am until 9pm
Updates will be shared on the maintenance page when logging into MyAster if anything changes
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we complete this work.
