The framework explains the different ways you can share feedback, ideas and experiences with us, and how we use this information to improve services. Whether it’s through surveys, MyAster, community events, customer groups or everyday conversations with colleagues, every piece of feedback helps us better understand what matters most.

The framework is built around a number of key principles, including making sure you feel heard, engagement is inclusive and accessible, and feedback leads to meaningful change.
