We want to make managing your home simple and easy. Over the next couple of weeks we’ll send over your service charge statement through the post to keep you informed about any changes to your account.

Just under 30,000 customers pay services charges for things like grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and building insurance and include general needs, leaseholders, shared owners, sewerage customers and freehold customers.

Your service charge statement runs through all you need to know about the services we’ve provided between April 2022 and March 2023, and how much this cost.

For a handy guide on what your letter is telling you, watch the video below for a step by step round up of your statement:

You can also read a guide to service charges on MyAster, your customer portal.

We’ve answered some the questions you might have about services charges on our website here, and you can find details about our ground maintenance service here.
