We’re building a brand-new MyAster digital portal – and we’d love you to help shape it.
The new version will mean quicker processes, a smoother experience, and a fresher look and feel.
But here’s the most important part: we want MyAster to work for you. That’s why we’re inviting customers to get involved right from the start. You don’t need to be a tech expert – this isn’t about coding or technical detail – it’s about your experience. We’d love your feedback on things like:
- How easy it is to find what you need
- Whether the language feels clear and simple
- What functions matter most to you day-to-day.
The current MyAster will continue running for at least a year while we build the new version, so there’s no rush or risk of losing access. The aim is to keep all the useful processes you rely on now, while making improvements wherever possible.
