COVID-19 – Our services continue within your homes and community

With your safety, and the safety of our people at the heart of all decisions we make, we’re continuing to review government guidance about COVID-19 closely. As we move into a tiered system of COVID-19 restrictions, we’re not making any changes to the services we provide.

If you’re extremely clinically vulnerable, we’ll continue to only carry out an essential repair service. From 2 December, we’ll review this measure on a weekly basis, and will re-introduce our full repairs service when it is safe to do so.

If we’re due to visit you over the coming weeks, please follow social distancing rules and make sure you and your household stay in another room for the entire visit. If that’s not possible, please wear a face covering at all times. Our colleagues will also ask for windows to be left open in the area they’re working in to ventilate the room, to help keep you and them safe.
