Aster awarded LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge Pioneer status

Aster has officially been awarded Pledge Pioneer status as part of the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge.

It reflects the work we’ve done to make sure LGBTQ+ customers are included, supported and represented in the housing sector.

The Pledge was developed to give LGBTQ+ customers a stronger voice in social housing. It has three levels – Promise, Pioneer, and Pioneer Plus – and being recognised as a Pioneer means we’ve created a framework for LGBTQ+ customers to be heard at the highest levels of the organisation. It also shows our progress in increasing visibility and providing staff training.
