Make your home look better

Before making any changes to your home, you must get written permission from us.

Examples of alterations we are unlikely to approve include installing additional heating systems, creating extra rooms, or adding room dividers. These can affect safety, compliance, and property layout.

We regularly consider requests for non-standard kitchens or bathrooms, but these must still be approved before work starts.

If you carry out alterations without permission, we may require you to remove or rectify the work at your own cost. In some cases, we can carry out the work ourselves and charge you for this. This includes high-risk changes such as installing wood burners or other structural modifications.
