Nestled on the edge of the New Forest, our second largest scheme (after Bargates) is set to deliver 80 new affordable homes in Totton, Hampshire. Loperwood Green will mainly consist of two, three and four-bedroom houses along with a small collection of one and two-bedroom flats.

Available for local residents or those with a strong local connection to the area, half of the homes will be available to purchase using shared ownership and the remaining half offered for rent.

Within the development there will be lots of public open space, including over 1.6 hectares of natural and informal green space incorporating enhanced ecological features. Protected tress will stay and new play areas with natural play equipment will be installed for residents and the wider local community to use.

The homes forecast for completion in 2023. It is the largest development we are currently delivering in Hampshire.
