At Cherry Grove we’re redeveloping one of our existing sites to provide 21 new affordable homes which will comprise one and two-bedroom flats, and two and three-bedroom houses. Five homes will be available for affordable rent and the remaining 16 homes for purchase using shared ownership.

Frome, which is the original Somerset market town, has been highlighted as one of the Times ‘Best Places to Live in Britain’. Described as a welcoming, charming and vibrant place to visit, with a wealth of history, culture and natural beauty. The town boasts many historic buildings and independent shops and is known for its community spirit, arts and entertainment.

In keeping with Frome’s rich history, Cherry Grove will incorporate two distinctive Cockey Lamps which are listed for architectural importance. The lamps are to be refurbished so they can be retained and incorporated into the new lighting scheme for the site.
