Land-led requirements

We have a growing land-led programme working with a range of landowners and stakeholders. Land which supports at least 30 - 40 homes (plus) are sought, with either an existing planning consent or without.  If you would like to discuss land led opportunities please contact with Paul Backhouse (South of England) or Deb Thomas (London).

More affordable homes

Our land-led schemes are either for 100% affordable housing, affordable/social rent and shared ownership, or a mixture of homes for sale on the open market and affordable housing. The profit made from shared ownership and open market homes is reinvested back into the business to enable us to provide more affordable housing. Growing our business this way means we have the strength and stability to continue making an impact long into the future. It also ensures we can provide as many homes for as many people as possible.

As a Homes England strategic partner, we are set to receive £114m through the Affordable Homes Programme (AHP), where we will deliver 1,550 homes before the end of 2028 – 51% for shared ownership and 49% for affordable and social rent. Under the programme, we have committed to building 25% using modern methods of construction (MMC), and will use high-quality sustainable design, work with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and commit to adopting the government’s new shared ownership model.
