We are assessed by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) on governance and viability.
We have received a G1 – the RSH's highest rating for Governance which confirms we meet RSH’s stringent governance requirements. We have received a V2 rating for viability confirming we meet RSH’s viability requirements and have financial capacity to deal with a reasonable range of adverse scenarios while needing to manage material risks to ensure continued compliance.
