National Apprenticeship Week 2022 (NAW) takes place this week and is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and talk about the value of apprenticeships. We’ll be shining a spotlight on our work and apprentices throughout the week.

Our apprenticeship programme is part of our ongoing commitment to career progression and nurturing future talent.

Apprenticeships are a great way to develop, learn new skills, gain experience and earn while you learn for all ages.  Our apprentices gain their qualifications through college-based or remote training as well as working with our teams of highly talented colleagues. We currently have over 36 apprentices across different departments and teams, and we continue to support new apprenticeships as part of our workforce planning.

The NAW theme of ‘Build the Future’ continues from 2021, and focuses on the benefits apprenticeships can have on individuals, businesses, and local communities.
