Contacting us to report an issue with your heating remains the same. Please get in touch with our Contact Centre on 0333 400 8222 or via email contactcentre@aster.co.uk. In the case of an out-of-hours emergency affecting your heating system, simply call us in the usual way on 0333 400 8222.
If you smell or suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999.
If you live at a site managed by a third party, we are only responsible for the equipment inside your home, such as radiators and taps. If your heating or hot water supply is not working at all, you should get in touch with your heat network operator about repairs and faults. See the Heat networks managed by third parties section.
