Some of our homes are on heat networks which are managed by third parties. 

This means we are only responsible for the equipment inside your home, such as radiators and taps, and not your wider heat network service.  

You should get in touch with the relevant organisation for information about your service, and to report faults affecting your entire heating or hot water supply.
