We’re excited to offer SuperFi to our customers, as it’s a simple and powerful tool to help you save money on shopping, cut down bills and stay on top of your finances with ease.
We trialled the app with a number of customers to ensure it offered the right tools and benefits, before opening this out more widely.

How to save money on your shopping
- Go to ‘Reward’ in the SuperFi app and select the brand you would like to get a discount for
- Enter the amount you would like to spend on that brand and click ‘Buy Now’
- Choose how you want to pay for the gift card
- When the payment is successful an eGift card will appear in your vouchers on the app’s ‘Reward’ tab
- The app enables you to use discounts on the go

Signing up to use the SuperFi app is voluntary.
If you decide it’s not the right financial tool for you, you can opt out by emailing support@joinsuperfi.com or contacting the SuperFi support team via the SuperFi app’s chat feature.
SuperFi uses bank-level security to protect your information, ensuring your data is encrypted and kept safe.
No. SuperFi does not share any personally identifiable information (PII) with Aster. Only high-level anonymized and aggregated data will be shared with Aster to help them understand the impact of the pilot on Aster customers.
No, the app is a tool to help customers manage their money and save on their shopping. Participation is voluntary and has no impact on their tenancy.
SuperFi complies with UK GDPR. Your data will only be used for the purpose of this pilot and securely deleted after the pilot ends, unless required by law.
