We support Service with Respect

We’re proud to be part of the Institute of Customer Service’s Service with Respect campaign to make sure that all customer service workers are treated with respect while doing their job.

Our colleagues have the right to always be treated with the respect and courtesy they show to our customers every day. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards our people.

We will take appropriate action when customers are found to have been abusive to any colleague.
