Tackling homelessness in our communities

We’ve been given government funding to provide five homes in Hampshire, which will help rough sleepers off the streets. It means we can support even more people into a stable home.

As well as a home, people involved in the project will get support for issues like mental health and substance misuse. We’ll also help them with finding a job, managing their money and mental wellness support.

Louise Thorpe, regional head of housing, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be involved in this important project which will make such a positive difference to a number of lives.”

We’re working with the local council, charities and another housing association to carry out this project.
