Priority Services Register
Our Priority Services Register (PSR) helps us identify customers who may need extra support, particularly during interruptions to their heating or hot water or in an emergency.
You may be eligible to join the register if you:

are over the age of 65
-
live with a disability
-
have a long-term illness
-
rely on heating and / or hot water for medical reasons
-
have mobility challenges
-
care for young children
-
may otherwise need additional support.
Being on the register helps us understand whether you might need additional support or communication if there is an issue with your heat network. This could include providing information in a particular format, providing an alternative form of heating if the main system is out of service or, if you have a heat meter in your home, helping you to take readings.
If you’re already receiving additional support from us, this will continue regardless of whether you join the Priority Services Register.
If you are in supported accommodation, you may also have received a letter from us, letting you know that based on the information we currently hold, we believe you may benefit from being included on our Priority Services Register and have added you to our register. If this is the case, we want to reassure you that:

your information has not been shared with any external organisation

the register is managed securely by us
-
being included on the register does not affect your tenancy, service charges or energy supply in any way.
