Our Money Advice Tool is available for all our customers and their families to use. If you type in your household details, your income and your rent, it will tell you if you are entitled to any help. That could be a claim for benefit, or it could be information on locally available support.
Your information will not be saved, but you can choose to send your finished assessment to us if you want further help or advice.
Many people do not claim the benefits they are entitled to. Our Money Advice Tool will tell you what you are entitled to and give you information on how to apply.
The Money Advice Tool can be a bit confusing and so please feel free to call us on 0333 400 8222 if you need any help or advice to use the tool and claim the benefits you are entitled to.
And remember, if you are unable to pay your rent you must talk to us, we are here to help, so please phone the contact centre and ask to speak to your customer accounts team.
