This may be a cache issue. Please clear your browser cache by going to your browser settings → History → Clear browsing data for all time. Then refresh the page and wait a moment.
On Android, you may also need to go to: Settings → Apps → MyAster → Storage → Clear cache and site data
For Google Chrome, go to: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data → All time Make sure MyAster isn’t running in the background while doing this. If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot and let us know what device you're using.
