Aster helps produce new report into UK housing crisis
Aster has supported a new report from think-tank ResPublica which proposes an innovative way to tackle Britain’s housing crisis.
The study, Going to scale: How a National Housing Fund can unlock Britain’s housebuilding capacity, argues that a £100bn, 10-year fund could provide up to 75,000 new homes each year.
Aster Group brings new homes to Plymstock
Plymstock is set to get 28 new homes after ethical housing developer, Aster Group secured planning approval for its Horn Lane development from Plymouth City Council.
Located at the former Downham School site, the two-storey scheme will include 14 properties for sale as well as two affordable rented flats for wheelchair users. In addition, 12 shared ownership homes will be built, to help young people and families get on the housing ladder.
