We review our rents annually, each April, in line with our rent setting policies and any relevant Government regulation. Rents could go up or down. Each year we will write to you in February giving you notice of any change in your rent or service charges.
Sometime we have to increase our services charges in the middle of a year. If we do this we will send you a letter explaining why and telling you of any new charges.
If you claim benefit you must tell your benefit provider of any change in your rent.
