We are taking this opportunity to ensure that we have the most appropriate supplier(s) providing the services required.
The preferred contractor(s) will undertake the programmed and ad-hoc repairs and testing of the service in all of our properties including communal areas as required.
The agreement will be a nine year agreement, consisting of an initial three year period, followed by three further two additional year periods.
Residents should now have received a Stage 1 Section 20 consultation letter to that affect.

Group buildings insurance
So that we can provide you with the most competitive premiums and widest cover possible we insure your home under one single insurance which covers all of our properties.
To ensure you get the best value for money, we regularly review our insurance arrangements which includes the insurance arrangements, provider, level of cover and alternative quotations.
As part of the Public Contracts Regulations and the consultations required by section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (amended by S151 of the Common-hold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002) we need to let you know that this is what we are planning to do.
This notice is given following the notice of intention to enter into a long-term agreement issued on 23 January 2018. The consultation period in respect of the notice of intention ended on 28 February 2018
We have now prepared a proposal in respect of the services to be provided under the agreement based on the estimates received.

Copies of the proposal may be inspected between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30 pm. Please contact your housing officer to make an appointment. Reasonable notice should be given for any appointment request.

The premiums and charges received for just the property and liability for all Property are as follows:
- Arthur J Gallagher - £787,618.72 plus a proportion of the Terrorism premium and a proportion of the £45,000 Broker Fee
- JLT Specialty - £836,451.76 plus a proportion of the Terrorism premium and a proportion of the £45,000 Broker Fee
- Zurich Municipal - £894,918.14 plus a proportion of the Terrorism premium (there is no Broker Fee)
The premiums quoted by Arthur J Gallagher Insurance Brokers shows a significant saving against the JLT and Zurich premiums therefore the Parties to the proposed agreement are Arthur J Gallagher Insurance Brokers Ltd on behalf of its recommended Insurers.
You do not have to comment or raise any observations upon this notice. Any observations must be received within the consultation period. The consultation period will end on 25 July 2018. Any comments received after this date will not be considered.

- Major works - Wimbledon Hall
Major works - Wimbledon Hall
Following the results of a recent independent survey we have identified the need to carry out work to the blocks at Wimbledon Hall to maintain the buildings into the future.
After reviewing the observations receveived during stage one of the process and having spoken with residents at length, we have looked again at the specification of works and will be withdrawing Stage 2 of the section 20 process as a result.
This means that we will be reviewing the current specification to make sure that the works are necessary in order to maintain the building and that we will continue to talk to you.
Once the final specification is agreed we will then re- tender for the works that are required, and then issue a new Stage 2 which will contain tender and cost information.
