Have your say
Aster wants to hear your views and make our services better. Here are the ways you can have your say on what we're doing.
- Communal gas and electricity
To help ensure you receive the best value for money we are looking to enter into a longer term energy deal so that we can take advantage of the prefferential rates that come with longer contracts.
Because the contract will be for lmore than 12 months we need to consult with you about this proposed change.
If you wish submit any observations please email email@example.com by 30 November 2018.

- Mechanical and electrical (fire safety)
Mechanical and electrical (fire safety) - fire equipment; fire alarms; fire fighting equipment; sprinkler systems; dry risers; automatic smoke vents
We are taking this opportunity to ensure that we have the most appropriate supplier(s) providing the services required.
The preferred contractor(s) will undertake the programmed and ad-hoc repairs and testing of the service in all of our properties including communal areas as required.
The agreement will be a nine year agreement, consisting of an initial three year period, followed by three further two additional year periods.
Residents should now have received a Stage 1 Section 20 consultation letter to that affect.
If you would like to submit a formal observation please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 19 September 2018.

- Major works - Wimbledon Hall
Major works - Wimbledon Hall
Following the results of a recent independent survey we have identified the need to carry out work to the blocks at Wimbledon Hall to maintain the buildings into the future.
After reviewing the observations receveived during stage one of the process and having spoken with residents at length, we have looked again at the specification of works and will be withdrawing Stage 2 of the section 20 process as a result.
This means that we will be reviewing the current specification to make sure that the works are necessary in order to maintain the building and that we will continue to talk to you.
Once the final specification is agreed we will then re- tender for the works that are required, and then issue a new Stage 2 which will contain tender and cost information.
