Below are the contact centre's opening hours over the upcoming season.
Easter 2026
Over the upcoming Easter bank holiday, our Contact Centre will close as normal on Thursday 2 April at 5pm and will reopen on Tuesday 7 April at 8am.
However, if you need to reach us in an emergency, please call us on 0333 400 8222 as our out of hours service will be able to help.
