Below are the contact centre's opening hours over the upcoming season.
Easter 2026
During the Easter period our Contact Centre will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday. If you need to reach us in an emergency during these times, please call us on 0333 400 8222. Our lines will divert to Somerset Lifeline, who will be able to help with emergency enquiries.
