We’ve begun some work to understand what is needed to resolve recent concerns about the water supply to your home.
Our contractor has now carried out preliminary inspections and a surveyor has visited the block to confirm floor plans.
We will continue to update this webpage as we receive more information about when further works will take place.
We would like to reassure you that the mains water supply is safe to drink and has passed the necessary tests. We understand however that you may have concerns, and therefore will continue to arrange for a supply of bottled water to be available. We’ll deliver 30ltrs of water to your home every week.

Advice around Covid-19 and for those self-isolating
As we continue to investigate and work to resolve the issues with your water supply, we may need to enter your home.
We understand that you may be concerned about letting someone into your home, but it is very important that we can carry out a survey of your pipes and water supply to determine any essential repairs required.
Please be reassured that our people will follow strict hand hygiene, wear face coverings where appropriate, sanitise areas they touch and wipe down any tools they use. They will follow strict social distancing guidance and we ask that you always stay at least two metres away from our colleagues.
