Developer-led schemes

Developer-led requirements

Aster has a dedicated team who are responsible for the new business and delivery of our developer led programme. We have strong established relationships with both national and regional housebuilders and our preference is to partner with housebuilders as early as possible in the development process to help shape the affordable housing element of the development. Our partnerships range in size from 20 homes to a few hundred homes and our expertise and involvement can help to de-risk and support cash flow for developers. We are a Homes England Strategic Partner and can therefore utilise this funding to help support homes outside of the planning requirement (S106). Currently, we are seeking schemes of at least 20 homes and if you have any suitable opportunities please contact Hannah Watkins (South of England) or Deb Thomas (London).
