Through initiatives such as telephone befriending.

Our volunteer led befriending programme, Aster Connect Re-engage provides support and friendship to our elderly and more vulnerable customers.

Working with our partners at Re-engage, volunteers make regular calls to customers who may be feeling isolated and lonely. With so many of us living alone, with no family or friends to support us, these calls are often the only contact some of us will have.
