Volunteering

We believe in People Power...

Volunteering is our way of investing in communities where they need it the most, supporting local partners and worthwhile causes. It’s a fantastic way to make a difference, drive change and help you get closer to the communities you live in.

Volunteering and helping others can be good for you too. It can be a great way to reduce stress, combat depression, keep you mentally stimulated, and provide a sense of purpose. . It’s also  a great way to add skills and experience to your CV which employers love to see.

All our volunteering opportunities align to our Aster Foundation strategy objectives of:

  • Empowering people to sustain tenancies and improving life chances
  • Enabling independence
  • Creating a lasting legacy through our thriving communities
  • Sustaining the workforce of the future.
