Our sales and marketing team are so proud to announce we won the ‘Best Marketing or Promotional Campaign Award’ at the Women In Housing Awards for our ‘Be Brave. Be Awesome. Be Social; Using Social Media to Sell Homes’ campaign

We were up against Peabody, Equity Housing Group and Dot Dot Dot Property in a category which recognises excellence in the marketing of shared ownership or open market homes.

Our entry focused on our unique digital first approach to marketing our homes for sale, and in particular the sales team’s use of social media as a free, immediate and personal way to interact with customers.

This is an award that means so much to the team, as it recognises our passion that we want to be able to speak to our customers on social media to help them find their perfect shared ownership home. It also enforces that we want to push the boundaries and do things differently and be approachable to our customers in a way they want to engage with us; and social media is key in our opinion!

Well done to all the team involved, every one of you made this happen (whilst being supported by Mrs Social Media herself, Amy Nettleton, our Assistant Development Director of Sales and Marketing, who collected the award on the night!)
