We’ve built more homes than ever before

We built a record 827 new homes in 2016/17. 

Last year saw us expand our geography further East and North with homes being built for sale and affordable rent in Oxfordshire and Hampshire.

We also have 28 new homes available at The Rowans in Plymouth and in 38 in Hambleton Avenue in Devizes which will be available for affordable rent, shared ownership and open market sale.
