Meet our Designated Complaints Panel

There’s plenty of involved customer groups where you can have your say in the decisions we make as well as supporting other customers with an unresolved complaint.

The Designated Complaints Panel (DCP) is run by a group of customers who volunteer to help other customers that have an unresolved complaint with us. The team are registered with the Housing Ombudsman and work with customers and colleagues to make recommendations about how we can improve our services.

The team are currently looking for new volunteers to join the panel and will make sure all new members get full training.

One DCP member said: “I like the idea of helping other customers with their complaint and to do my best to help resolve the complaint in some way. I also like to help Aster with their continual improvement of the services to customers.”
