Less waiting, more talking as call back feature announced for contact centre
We have been working hard on improving your contact experience and from Spring we will be introducing some exciting new features.
On offer will be a new call back option so that if you phone during the busiest times of day you will no longer need to wait in a queue. Instead, you can request a call back from the next available customer service adviser.
You will also soon have the option to tell us what you think of the service you receive by choosing to complete a short automated survey at the end of the call.
The responses we get will give us valuable feedback on your over all experience and help us to improve.
