Helping our customers into work

We’ve recently joined the Alliance Programme, a Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund supported project to help tackle social isolation and bring people closer to work. 

Together with Communities First Wessex, Radian, the Surrey Care Trust and Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership we will help our customers to build their confidence and independence with a view to returning back to work. 

Each participant will receive a minimum of 50 hours of support and may also be eligible to receive help paying for things like transport, clothing, childcare, training or any other items essential to their journey towards the workplace. 

Initially, we’ll be focusing on Test Valley and Basingstoke & Deane area but we hope to be able to offer this kind of support in other areas soon.
