Encouraging recycling in Weymouth

We worked with the Dorset Waste Partnership at Chapelbay Heights in Weymouth to raise awareness of the importance of recycling and using the right bins to help reduce the amount that goes to landfill.

We handed out food waste bins and bin liners and gave residents a leaflet on food waste collections which are new to the area.

Our mobile office, which has been visiting you throughout the summer, was also there with customer support officers on hand to offer advice on universal credit and employment.
