Covid-19 update - our contact centre is open
Our contact centre remains open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Please call us if you need to report an emergency, something like a total loss of electricity in your home, a burst pipe, or complete loss of water. At the moment we are continuing to carry out an essential repairs only service, however if you have a repair that isn't an emergency, please call us to let us know, so that we can log it on our system.
We’re also here to support you with other things including advice about paying your rent and other charges, and advice if you’re experiencing financial difficulties.
