Contact centre delays
We’re currently experiencing some technical issues with one of our systems, which is causing delays for our contact centre team and customers. This follows similar issues our out of hours line experienced during the weekend of 23- 24 November when some customers experienced delays in getting through to a member of staff.
We’re working hard to fix this as quickly as possible and are exploring all options to get things back to normal.
To help reduce pressure on our contact centre we kindly ask you only call us if your query requires immediate attention.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please be assured our contact centre is open Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm and you can reach us by calling 0333 400 8222 if you need to speak to us urgently. You can also speak to the team via the Live Chat function in the MyAster portal during these hours.
You can also report non-emergency repairs and other issues via the MyAster portal 24 hours a day. Alternatively, if you have a general enquiry, you can contact us via the form on our website.
If you need to report an emergency or need assistance outside of our regular hours, our out of hours service will be there to help by calling 0333 400 8222.
