Through the Aster Foundation we are improving the communities we work in by making new opportunities for our customers.  Our Into Work service and Digital College will support people to find a job and get the skills they need.

Customers can get help with writing a CV, getting ready for an interview, registering with online job sites and improving their skills through the Digital College.  We also want to increase the number of customers in our workforce through apprenticeships and work placements.
