Aster Homes provides Design and Build services to Housing Associations within the Aster Group. Being part of the HCA framework, we have the capacity to deliver up to 400 affordable homes a year.
We're doing this through new schemes in Wiltshire, Somerset, Hampshire, Devon and Cornwall.
We're keen to work with partners to identify new sites and development opportunities. And we now have new and different financial models adding to our competitiveness.
At Aster Homes, we have strong experience of community led and locally inspired planning solutions.
We do things differently and are always looking for opportunities like shared risk and joint venture partnerships as well as alternative funding models.
